Break out those winter clothes and make sure the heat's working, we're going to get our first real taste of fall in Beaufort.

First off today, Thursday, as the morning's fog clears have a 90% chance of getting between a tenth and quarter inch of rain as a jet of air pushes through the region. That even is a prelude to the arrival of a cold front that is expected to drop us down from our recently seasonable temperatures of highs and lows from 70-to-50 to a low of 39 on Friday, and a chilly low of 36 on Saturday - highs will top out near 60 for both days.

So bundle up and enjoy the coldest taste of fall yet.

We'll still be chilly on Sunday with a high of 60 and low of 40, but are due to warm up a bit on Monday with a high of 67. You can check out the full forecast here.
