A Delta flight inbound from Atlanta over shot the runway at the Savannah Hilton Head International Airport this afternoon and had to be towed to the gate after skidding to a halt in some sand. No injuries were reported.

WSAV was the first to have this and the Atlanta Journal Constitution also has posted an update.
