TCL students serve up ice cream to a fellow student as part of Welcome Back Week 2010

Classes at the Technical College of the Lowcountry officially picked back up last Thursday, but the college is holding welcome back events all this week: dubbed Welcome Back Week 2010.

TCL enrolled 2,565 students last fall,  which was a record high, and the college expects this fall's numbers to increase even more, said Leigh Copeland, director of public relations.
