Normally we wouldn't report on a Hilton Head school closing, but how much fun is it telling kids there school break starts a day early?

According to a release from the Beaufort County School District a potential sewage blockage is forcing Hilton Head Elementary to close tomorrow.

Here's the release:

We are sorry to report to you that, due to a potential sewage blockage that has been reported this afternoon by the Public Service District, it is necessary to cancel Hilton Head Elementary International Baccalaureate School for tomorrow November 23 only.  We regret the inconvenience; however, we don’t want students to be faced with health related issues that may occur if toilets are not readily useable.

But it's not all fun and games, kids. Your day of school will be made up on Dec. 20.
