Gov. Haley, U.S. Sen. Graham, and U.S. Rep. Jeff Duncan have come out in support of offshore drilling for South Carolina.

Specifically the trio of Republicans are pettitioning for a relaxation of federal regulations that would allow for drilling in many currently restricted offshore areas — however there's still little confidence in finding much gas off the coast of the Palmetto State, and even natural gas reserves are expected to be limitted.

The Associated Press has the better report; take a read over here.
