The Piggly Wiggly grocery store chain is promoting it's Lowcountry ties — the company was founded with its quirky name in Charleston — with a new ad campaign dubbed "Local Since Forever", and one local Beaufort 3-year-old is being prominently featured. 

Go to the company's Facebook page or look at billboards around the state and you're likely to see Zoe Parker — pictured above.
