A photo shows the exterior portion of renovation work to the 11,000-square-foot Lipsitz department store that closed in 2009.

This photo of the West Street wall is after the white vinyl siding has been removed and repairs are under way to the wood siding. 

The new owner, and Bluffton resident, Jeffrey Bisger begins to execute his vision for the property with, perhaps, a mix of either retail or restaurant space on the first floor and apartments above.
