You may have heard of "Comic Life", a widely distributed program that allows you to easily turn your photos into a comic book.

The program has seen widespread distribution in education settings and was bundled with nearly every Mac sold for more than a year.

The company behind that program is Plasq, and what you may not know is that local Robert Grant remotely runs that company from his Mount Pleasant home.

The Post and Courier caught up with Grant and shares his story.
