During tonight's (April 15) Upper King Spring Design Walk, charleston's newest (and only) spot to score macaroons opened: Macaroon Boutique.

The spot is at 45 John Street (yes, that's just next door to Paolo's Gelato.)

Charleston City Paperer Erica Jackson posted this photo of their display case. The City Paper also has details about the new shop's hours (it seems they don't yet have a Web site.)
