Currie McCullough over at the Elliotborough site 53cannon.com recently noted a plethora of events in the neighborhood off Upper King Street and documented her adventures in photo form.

She says, in part:

It was truly a wonderful Saturday.  The weather was cool but sunny and I spent most of the morning showing beach houses on Sullivans Island and Isle of Palms.

After my visit to the Barrier Islands of Charleston, I got a chance to hang out and enjoy the many activities in my downtown neighborhood, Elliotborough Cannonborough!  First stop to Mac & Murphy, a Charleston Paper Co. where I had to pop in and see the new designs.
