Charleston's Jewish community celebrates onset of new year

Rosh Hashanah -- the Jewish New Year -- is starting and as one would expect, The Lowcountry's Jewish population is getting ready to celebrate.
To that effect, The Post and Courier has piece that serves as a nice little slice of what's going on and has a few historical tidbits.
