A video and write-up from Charleston's first gay pride parade (update: more photos)

Updates at the bottom.
It looks like the region's first gay pride parade was an apparent success.
NBC News 2 was out for the parade where North Charleston mayor Keith Summey was grand marshall and has some nice video of the march and interviews with those there; take a watch over here.
But they didn't talk much about the festival afterwards at Riverfront Park. For a little on that, I'll point you to Twitter user Josh Rosenthal who has some good blurbs from throughout.
The Post and Courier was also out and has a short write-up from the parade.
Update May 17: Ruta Elvikyte has a nice 54-shot photo gallery over on Facebook; check it out here (To see it you'll need to be logged in, but don't have to be friends with Elvikyte.)
