Photos and winners from the Piccolo Spoleto sand sculpting competition

While there were a good bit fewer entries this year (it's hard to compete with a record turnout) into the Piccolo Spoleto Sand Sculpting Competition, there was no shortage of enthusiasm (or creativity).
