Join the South Carolina Aquarium on February 2nd for a mind, body and spirit-of-nature experience next to the calming backdrop of the Great Ocean Tank.
Led by expert yoga instructor, Tej Thompson, all levels of yogis will enjoy this Kundalini Yoga of rhythmic movement and powerful breathing. Similar to interval training, each exercise lasts 2-4 minutes, demands high energy and maximum effort, followed by rest in quiet meditation, and calming effects.
Yoga classes are $10 per member per class and $15 for non-members. Reservations required. Mark your calendar for additional yoga sessions on the first and third Mondays, March - May and September – December.
