Abiding Village offers free art, music, dance, and theatre classes to children

Abiding Village is a non-profit organization, founded in 2008 by Christ United church, with the purpose of providing arts training and leadership development for qualifying students in the Grand Strand.  This summer they're offering many classes, free of charge.

This year's summer session includes jazz, ballet, hip hop, and contemporary dance, theatre, art, pottery, and percussion.  Some classes have a minimum age.  Below is the schedule.

Monday: 
Ballet (12+) 5 - 6:30 p.m.
Contemporary (12+)  6:30 - 8 p.m.

Tuesday: 
Hip Hop 1 4 - 5 p.m.
Hip Hop 2 5 - 6:30 p.m.
Theatre (10+) 6:30 - 8 p.m.

Wednesday: 
Art 10 - 11:30 a.m. (ages 5-11)
Pottery 5 - 6:30 p.m. (12+)
Hip Hop Team (advanced) 6:30 - 8 p.m.

Thursday: 
Jazz/Ballet 4 -5 p.m. (beginner)
Jazz/Ballet 5 p.m. - 6 p.m. (intermediate)
Percussion 6:30 - 8 p.m. (ages 11+)

Abiding Village's website says that the session runs throughout the summer, but dates are not immediately available.  Classes fill up fast, so don't delay if you are interested.
