Q:Where are you from?
A: I was born in Soest, Holland, but am half spanish from Spain and half American.
Q: What do you do when you are not preparing for CFW?
A: I am currently a Senior at Wando High School and am serving my class as senior class president. I participate in my school show choir, student council, DECA, theater club, and played the lead role of Adelaide in the Wando production of Guys and Dolls. I also play on the Wando High School Varsity Lacrosse Team and I am proud to say that we are currently undefeated!!! I am also holding the title of South Carolina's Perfect Teen and love participating in pageants.
Q: How many Charleston Fashion Week events have you modeled in?
A: I am actually a CFW veteran and have modeled in Charleston Fashion Week since year one. I started when I was thirteen and have loved every minute of it. It's so cool to see how much it improves every year!
Q: What was your favorite CFW experience or moment in 2009?
A: My favorite moment in 2009 was when I got to do some crazy runway modeling in the Biton show. It was very unique and we got to add our own little flare.
Q: What are you looking forward to most for CFW 2010?
A: I am definitely looking forward to seeing how much Charleston Fashion Week has improved and I always love getting my hair and makeup done. But what I'm looking forward to the most is the adrenaline rush when I step out onto that amazing runway, it's the greatest feeling in the world!
Q: Which shows/designers are you modeling for?
A: This year I am modeling for Pearl, Palm Avenue, Gwynns, Mary Mojo, Bella Vista, and Copper Penny.
Q: What would be your advice for aspiring models for CFW 2011?
A: Some advice for aspiring models for CFW 2011 is that all models should be CONFIDENT, not cocky. Be positive and make eye contact, know your fashion, and practice practice practice!!! DONT FORGET TO BE FIERCE!!!!
Q: Who/what is your inspiration for your personal wardrobe?
A: I love European fashion and get a lot of my clothes from Zaragoza, Spain. Their styles are always so unique and colorful, I definitely like having a different style and knowing that no one else with have the same clothes!
Q: What is your favorite fashion outfit or accessory that you are rockin’ right now?
A: My favorite fashion accessory that I am currently "rocking" is a black leather diamond studded bracelet. It matches with everything and adds a little sparkle to all my outfits.
