North Charleston Arts Festival looking for submissions

The City of North Charleston’s Cultural Arts Department is inviting fine artists and graphic artists to enter original two-dimensional works of art in the North Charleston Arts Festival 2010 Design Competition.
The winning artist will be honored with a $500 Purchase Award and the original artwork will become part of the City of North Charleston’s permanent art collection.
