The Post and Courier recently made a trip down to Joseph Fields Farm on Johns Island to chat with the owner, Joseph Fields, a third-generation farmer about the shift in local farming, and how it's been decades sense the local farming business was this good.
And he has the rising interest in local and organic produce for that shift.
