Charleston's most-expensive condo project has taken a hit as many buyers have backed out buying 40 units, leaving the Tides complex more that 40% vacant.

So far 70 of the complex's 121 units have sold. The three, five-story building had units from $500,000 to $3.7 million.

But what's bad for them could be good for you, they're offering discounts and fee waivers to help move the units.

Hop over to The Charleston Regional Business Journal for more details.
