Noisette's major investor may file for bankruptcy
Capmark Financial Group, the major investor in the Noisette Company's redevelopment project in North Charleston reported a $1.6 billion loss last quarter may be filing for bankruptcy.
The Noisette Navy Yard project has been plagued with problems for quite some time, but this may be the fatal blow.
