The Post and Courier reports that Carolina Polo and Carriage Company, in the midst of a negligence lawsuit, is filing the same exact suit against the woman who originally got the company in trouble with PETA and the city of Charleston.

The carriage company is claiming that Nancy Lane was negligent in regards to reporting herd sicknesses and responsible for the death of two horses who were under her care.

In an interesting twist to the tale, Lane and her boyfriend just moved to Mexico and have been unreachable since the move.
