A new mini shopping center is almost finished with construction on Ocean Boulevard and will be ready for business come summer 2012. 

Adding to the Boulevard revitalization is a new shopping center located where Mother Fletcher's once stood and across from what is now Club Exception will be a new shopping center that will be home to not only small shops but restaurants too.
