Learning to Lead

Participants will understand their own leadership style preferences; what options are available for approaching leadership in their own unique style and situation, plus learn some of the best skills to have to be a successful team leader. You will identify both strengths and weaknesses in you own leaderhsip style and determine areas for further development. The workshop will focus on:

• Mindset, behavior and results • Possible problem areas • The leadership mindset
