Coast RTA wants to move their headquarters out of Conway and into Myrtle Beach.

They haven't chosen an exact location just yet, but they have begun securing the estimated $2+ million they will need to begin the project. This would be a brand new facility that hosts the maintenance as well as the administrative offices. WMBF News has all the details here.
