Breakneck police chase, moped tops speeds of 35mph

Sunday, May 6, 2012, Horry County Police took part in a thrilling chase through the streets of Conway, cruisers nearly hit 40 miles per-hour while chasing down a burglary suspect on a moped.
According to Lt. Strickland with HCPD, police were responding to a burglary call at about 1:20 p.m.
Sunday on Dirty Branch Road in Conway when they spotted Larry Lilly, heading the opposite direction on Highway 701 on a Moped.
