An in-kind donation lands two in jail for prostitution early this morning.
Tammy Lynn Wicker from Green Sea was presumably having a nicotine fit when Christopher Robert Saia of Pawleys Island was walking by at around 5:00 a.m. this morning near the Boardwalk Paradise Beachwear store. Wicker allegedly offered to perform a sexual act to Mr. Saia in exchange for just one cigarette.
