Downtown carriage company under investigation

Carolina Polo and Carriage Company is being investigated after Nancy Lane, a horse boarder, accused the company of neglecting its animals.
Five of the company's horses have died over the past two years with Lane attributing the cause of death to a lack of medical attention and low quality food consumption. Charleston tourism management officials have begun an official investigation.
