Charleston police arrested five people on drug-trafficking charges and unlawful conduct toward a child after seizing cocaine, marijuana, and cash from a Johns Island residence.

A search warrant was acquired after numerous complaints from neighbors about drug activity in the area. On Friday afternoon, investigators searched the house located on Pamlico Terrace and found 24.2 grams of cocaine, 2.0 grams of marijuana, and $831 in the house.
