Winner of a $34,000 GAA Scholarship Will Be Chosen in September From Essay Entries That Best Answer the Question, “How Would You Grow and Impact the Game of Golf?”

A full scholarship to Golf Academy of America will be the winning prize for the best essay in a “Future With Impact” marketing partnership presented by Todd Sones, one of America’s 50 Best Teachers as voted by Golf Digest, with Golf Digest Marketing. The full scholarship, which has a $34,000 value, includes tuition and textbooks, all green fees and instructional lessons.
 
Interested applicants must submit an essay of not more than 1500 words that answers the question, “How would you grow and impact the game of golf?” Applicants can use the form found here or email their essay. The lucky winner will be chosen from entries received on or before Aug. 15, 2012.

The GAA prepares graduates for a wide array of golf career in positions within a $76 billion per year industry. The Basic Rules

• Entry Period – Applications may be submitted through August 15, 2012.
• Scholarship Award – Winner will be announced on or about September 15, 2012.
• Write an original essay of not more than 1500 words written in English describing "how would you grow and impact the game of golf".
• Submit your essay using the form on this page, or email it to scholarship.gaa@golfacademy.edu.
• Applicants are required to provide their name, address, telephone number, date of birth, and email address.
