Elise Testone (and others) to Perform at Windjammer for a Good Cause

ELISE TESTONE ROCKS CHARLESTON MAY 16 TO RAISE MONEY FOR SICK CHILDREN IN THE LOWCOUNTRY

ALL PROCEEDS WILL BENEFIT THE ETHEN RICHARDSON FOUNDATION

Charleston, SC – Elise Testone, along with local talent, is scheduled to perform at the Windjammer May 16th for Hope Jam II, Party with a Purpose, benefitting The Ethen Richardson Foundation. Eight year old Ethen Richardson lost his battle with cancer last year. Shortly after his passing, Ethen’s loving parents, Stephen and Brandy Richardson, created The Ethen Richardson Foundation in Ethen’s honor and memory. The foundation’s mission is to bring a little hope to other courageous “warriors” and their families while they are faced with similar frightening, life-threatening illnesses.

Nick Price, a 15 year old freshman at the Academic Magnet and a gifted soccer player, was recently diagnosed with Pontine Glioma, a tumor on his brainstem. The Ethen Richardson Foundation is currently supporting Nick and his family. A donation of $5 for every ticket sold to Hope Jam II, will directly benefit Nick as he bravely fights this battle and gears up for surgery in June.

The event begins at 7PM with performances by Elise Testone, Weird Science, Scott Little, McKenna Andrews and Scottie Frier. Tickets cost $25 and can be purchased at EthenRichardson.org.

Ethen’s father, Stephen, reflects,” As we approach the anniversary of Ethen being born into Heaven, we pause to pray for all the sick little ones who are fighting to survive, and we are mindful of their weary and hear-broken families. Please join our community and friends by attending Hope Jam II. Let’s celebrate Ethen’s life and continue his legacy of giving by providing support to the families of sick and terminally ill children. Ethen is so missed and during his short life he brought many together, and led many to Christ. This is an Event that we all should be proud of, and I’m sure that in Heaven- there is a little angel watching over us who is beaming with happiness. God Bless you all.”
