Well, weighing in at three per week and 100% legal, the Charleston County Public Library has a partnership with online music distributer "Freegal" that you should know about.

In essence, you visit https://ccpl.freegalmusic.com/ and input your library card number and download away from music in the Sony Music Entertainment catalog.
