Update September 17: We checked out the event and have some photos to share, check out the slideshow up top or see them on Flickr.

Thursday September 16th, two local female artists and entrepreneurs of Audella Studios will be showcasing the Cannonborough neighborhood's best, brightest, and tastiest progressive women in Charleston.

Libby Ganong of Add Libb Designs, and Stacy Scull of Rua Framing are hosting the neighborhood tour, as well as celebrating the grand opening of their Audella Studios.  Audella, and a host of other female owned and operated businesses in Cannonborough will open their doors and welcome in the community from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. with a portion of the evening's proceeds benefiting the Center for Women.

Other businesses participating include the delectable WildFlour Pastry, Mac and Murphy, Nicole’s Nutty Goodness, Stems, Gilly Lynn, Love Me Again, Wallfly Designs, and ZOLA Jewelry.

Of course, the evening would not be complete without entertainment from Jazz Artists of Charleston Leah Suarez and Friends.  You can also enjoy 30% discounts on all Add Libb Design Handbags, and catch a first glimpse at Add Libb’s Fall 2010 line.  Door prizes and delicious pastry delights from Wildflour Pastry round out the evening by filling your pockets and hitting your taste buds.

Audella Studios is located at 47-A Spring Street
