Free holiday event for special needs children at Children's Museum

On Sunday, December 4th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the Children’s Museum of the Lowcountry, in collaboration with Family Connection of South Carolina, are inviting Lowcountry children with special needs and their families and friends to a free Holiday CML SuperStars event at the Museum.  

These two organizations are coming together to provide children with special needs a fun craft, cookies & cocoa with Santa and time in the Museum to explore at their own pace! 

SuperStars is free to children with special needs and their families but registration is required and space is limited for this special event.  To register contact Tracie Hayward at Family Connections at thayward@familyconnectionsc.org or (843) 556-5010.

The mission of Family Connection of South Carolina is to strengthen families of children with special needs through parent support.  The Children’s Museum of the Lowcountry is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization with a mission to spark imagination, stimulate curiosity and encourage problem solving through the power of play.   Open Tuesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.  Admission is $7 per person and free for children less than 12 months of age.  For more information please visit our website, www.explorecml.org.
