Lajule Designs 2010 Fashion Show and Networking Expo (update with photos)

On Friday, December 10th, designers LaShana Wilder of LaJule Designs and Javan Reed showcased their recent collections at the Fire and Ice fashion show at Wild Dunes Resort.

Javan Reed is the creative director and founder of Fashion Forward enterprises. In this position he has achieved many accomplishments throughout his career. Most recently, Javan had the opportunity to design for a Grammy nominee, showcase his fall collection at Orlando Fashion Walk hosted by National Metropolitan Urban League and sponsored by Gucci. He has become an innovative designer and continues to set the standard in Jacksonville when it comes to fashion and production.

LaJule Designs is a jewelry line that is unique, powerful, sophisticated and over all beautiful. Each piece is a one of a kind work of art that can be customized for you or special event. LaShana showcased her pieces in a two-part segment featuring clothing from Francesca’s Collections and the pieces were gorgeous.

In addition to the show there were featured vendors and sales opportunities from Blissful Occasions Event Planning and Designs, Trinity Shoes and Accessories, Jersey Thread, Late Bloomers, and Octavia Edwards for Avon.

Tomorrow, December 3rd, make your way out the Wild Dunes Resort for the Fire and Ice Fashion Show.

The evening will feature the 'Fire and Ice' 2010 Collection from Lajule Designs as well as provide networking opportunities for inventive fashion designers in attendance.

Featured local designers slated to show on the runway are LaJule Designs by LaShana Wilder, Fashion Forward Inc by Javan Reed and Francesca’s Collections Boutique of Charleston. In addition there will be vending and sales opportunities for each of the designers to be able to display and sell their work off the runway.

Over 100 people are expected to be in attendance, and tickets are selling out, so be sure and get yours today.

The fashion show will commence around 7 p.m.
