Lowcountry Local First (LLF) and K.E.W. Solutions are teaming up to offer a “Redefining Business as Usual” Seminar Series. The first Seminar of the series, entitled “Customers for Keeps: How to Wow the Lowcountry,” will be held on Wednesday, November 3rd.

“Lowcountry Local First decided to start this seminar series after talking with many business owners who have been well established, but because of the current economic situation are having to treat their business like it is a new start up, according to Jamee Haley Executive Director of LLF, reevaluating how we do business from customer service to marketing, to purchasing is more imperative than ever.”

The first session in the series will focus on customer service. The way we treat our customers, both internal and external, determines our success in business. So, how is your business representing itself everyday? Are you teaching people to come back again and again through your actions? First impressions, communication, handling difficult situations and learning how to "wow" are all topics we will discuss, along with real world solutions to your customer service challenges. Remember, better customer service leads to better results.

The Seminar will be held at The Lowcountry Innovation Center at the Navy Yard in North Charleston, located at 1535 Hobby Street. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m.  Presentations and a panel discussion will be held from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. The Seminar will conclude with lunch and a roundtable discussion from 12 p.m.-1 p.m.

The cost to attend the seminar is $25 for LLF Members and $30 for non-members. This includes morning coffee and lunch. Please register in advance at: http://redefiningbiz.eventbrite.com
