Snee Farm historic house to receive much needed sprinkler system

The National Park Service will be closing down the farm house at Snee Farm in Mount Pleasant to install a sprinkler system inside of the wooden structure built in 1828.
The home once belonged to Charles Pinckney, a framer and signer of the U.S. Constitution.
The farm house will be closed this Monday through this Friday as crews install the system, but the grounds and the restrooms at the Charles Pinckney National Historic Site will remain open.
