Coastal Carolina alumnus Michael Kelly has appeared in dozens of high profile television series and films. He's visiting with CCU students to talk about the realities of an acting career. 

He'll be at Coastal Carolina University's Black Box Theatre from 1 to 2:15 p.m. on Friday, April 29. The session is free and open to the public.

"Coastal meant so much to me, and I wanted to give something back. I want to tell students about the reality of an acting career," says Kelly, who grew up in Lawrenceville, Ga., and attended CCU on a cross-country running scholarship. "It is rare to get the opportunity to do what you love in life."

Kelly, who graduated from CCU in 1992, appears in CBS' spinoff series "Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior" and in the current feature film "The Adjustment Bureau" with Matt Damon and Emily Blunt.
