Charleston Green Drinks reschedules wind chat, will talk green building instead

Thanks to the lovely weather blowing through Yankeeville, the social green meet-up that is Green Drinks has rescheduled their chat about wind power and will instead have Adam Bernholz of Mount Plesant's GreenWizard on hand for the Wednesday gathering.

Bernholz's company supplies "green" information for companies to use in doing green projects and he will talk about the development of his GreenWizard business from concept to financing to business execution.

Here's details from the event announcement:

GreenWizard empowers architects, engineers and contractors to build greener structures for less money, and in less time. GreenWizard's patented processes streamline the research, selection, and documentation for sustainable construction products. Just as Expedia demystified the travel industry, and Google the search process, GreenWizard makes searching for, analyzing and purchasing green building materials a simple and transparent process.

Anyone who is curious about the continued evolution of the green building industry in the United States, should definitely plan to check out this discussion on Wednesday evening.

It's Wednesday, February 10, from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. at Yo Burrito at 77 Wentworth Street in downtown Charleston.

The wind chat has been pushed to April 14 -- which will make April quite exciting for Green Drinks as the second Carrotmob is slated for April 10.
