Celebrate a simpler day at The Golden Age of Summerville Festival

Image by Golden Age of SummervilleImage by 20090502-summerville.jpg In its heyday, Summerville was known for its quiet, restorative nature.

Tea sessions, pony rides, guided tours, vintage car shows, trolleys, and more: The 4th annual The Golden Age of Summerville Festival celebrates a simpler time.

The festival runs throughout the day from Friday, May 1, through Sunday.

The Summerville Journal Scene has done an excellent overview of the festival. Go read it.

To get there, just head to downtown Summerville.
