'Cutting-edge arts fest' Kulture Klash 4

There's a lot of chatter out there about Kulture Klash 4, so here's a nuts and bolts rundown to get your oriented and connected.

Who: Kulture Klash 4.

What: A "cutting-edge arts festival" where some 3,000 people are expected to fill a 40,000-square-foot space complete with a put-put golf course. Also, the festival will be Earth Day oriented with much reuse of material and recycling.

When: Saturday, April 18, from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Where: In the Navy Yard at Noisette inside the Former Lowcountry Food Bank at 1635 Cosgrove Avenue. Live downtown? Take the eco-friendly LEEP bio-diesel bus from the Charleston Museum. Leaves hourly. $10 round trip.

How much: $10 in advance; $15 at the door. Buy advance tickets at Suite Sole

Fair warning: If you're leaving Kultrue Klash and heading north on I-26, be aware there are detours starting at 11.
