Mel Brooks' 'The Producers' runs Wednesday, April 15, through April 26 at Sottile Theatre.
Here's a bit about it from Charleston Stage:
Mel Brooks puts the comedy back in musical comedy! After putting together another Broadway flop, down-on-his-luck producer Max Bialystock teams up with timid accountant Leo Bloom in a get-rich-quick scheme to put on the world's worst show. Complications arise, however, when the show unexpectedly turns out to be a mega success.
Shows start at 7:30 Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and at 3 on Sunday for the next two weeks. The Sottile Theatre is located at 44 George Street.
Tickets are $35 and $15 for students and can be purchased online or by calling 843-577-7183.
