To launch their latest issue, the Eat This! Charleston crew is putting together some unique chef-on-chef action with the Ultimate Food Fight.

Ten local chefs will be randomly paired. Tune into Lowcountry Live onMarch 5th at 10 a.m. to see the teams will draw knives, each representing five cuisines (Lowcountry, Pan-Asian, Southwestern, Mediterranean and French). The teams will each prepare two small bites for your enjoyment and critique.

You'll decide which dynamic culinary duo are the Ultimate Food Fight Champions at the kickoff party, Tuesday, March 13, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at The Lighthouse on the Creek (next to Red’s Icehouse) in Mount Pleasant.
