This Friday, July 22nd, John McCauley of Deer Tick and Middle Brother was scheduled to perform an exclusive solo concert at Half-Moon Outfitters to benefit Charleston Waterkeeper.

However, we've just received news that John is stuck in Colorado and unable to make it to Friday's concert. To make it up to us, he's letting Cyrus Buffum and the Charleston Waterkeeper crew host an exclusive listening party for Deer Tick's newest (and unreleased) album. The event will be held at the Charleston Waterkeeper office at 6:30 p.m. In addition, John will be beamed in (virtually, of course) to say a few words to all those in attendance.

The listening party is organized to act as a soft launch for an exciting partnership between Partisan Records, Patagonia Music, and the Charleston Waterkeeper. It's free to attend the listen party, but donations are encouraged. Also, there will be beer!

There's even more information on the Facebook invite, check it out.

The Charleston Waterkeeper's office is located at 360 Concord Street, Suite 103.
