First Report: Saturday, the Wellness Council of South Carolina, the local chapert of the Surfrider Foundation and Compassion Music will host the 4th annual Earth Day Music Fest & Expo in downtown Myrtle Beach.

Since the inaugural event in 2008, the festival has grown each year with more than 50 vendors and 6,000 attendees to last year’s event at The Market Common’s Grand Park. This year's event will be held on the former Pavilion site, the first time a major event has been held there since the park closed.

Entertainment for the festival includes headliner Emerson Hart (of Tonic), up-and-coming folk singer Lyndsay Wojcik from Asheville, N.C., local acoustic act John Owen’s Journal, Grand Strand favorites Ten Toes Up, Charelston-based reggae act Ras Bonghi All-Stars, Wilmington’s Sai Collins and Soulrizon and feel-good Massachusetts native Jordan Loder.
