It's a Big Lebowski celebration, dude

The Fourth Annual “Lowcountry Big Lebowski Celebration” which celebrates the 1998 flick written and directed by Joel and Ethan Coen, will take place this Sunday, June 20th at the Madra Rua Irish Pub.

Head out to Madra Rua at 6 p.m. to catch a screening of the classic cult movie, be a part of the Big Lebowski costume contest, play some Big Lebowski trivia, try your hand at “ringer toss” and, naturally, enjoy white russian drink specials. Guests are encouraged to come dressed as their favorite character, who knows, if you do a good job you might even win a prize.

for the event are on sale now at the Madra Rua Irish Pub located at 1034 East Montague Avenue near Park Circle. Indoor seating is $10 and patio seating is $5. Seating is limited so get your tickets early.

The screening of the movie at Madra Rua begins at 9 p.m., and a second screening at the Olde North Charleston Picture House, located at 4820 Jenkins Avenue, will begin at 8 p.m. Admission there is only 5 bucks.
