Bar hopping on St. Patrick's Day is so 2011. For 2012, shake it up and hit up Wake and Flake - the super shreddy St. Patty's Day gnar fest.

On St. Patrick's Day, head out to Trophy Lakes for a full day (2 to 9 p.m.) of wakeboarding, snowboarding, live music, food, laser light shows, jump castles and more.

You can enter the wakeboarding and snowboarding contests to win some cash, or you can sit back and watch the magic happen. The party is BYOB, so sip on some cold ones while listening to Dub Island & The Dubplates, Dan's Tramp Stamp & The Money Bags, DJ Jake B, DR Trail Mix and Red Super Giant. Food will be provided by local food trucks: Tokyo Crepes, Roti Rolls Geechee Island and Strade Cucina.

This party is all ages, is $5 for parking and $10 to get in.
