More fantastic weather on the way for Charleston

Update February 20: Yep, the great weather has been as predicted and it's gonna hang around for President's Day.

The forecast calls for 79 and breezy. Hooray.

Still nice early next week but Tuesday declines a smidgen to 75 and cloudy and then 65 on Wednesday.

Don't forget the usual gamut of banks, government offices, and post offices will be closed.

First reporting: If you've been liking the weather the last several days in Charleston, you're going to love what's in store for us the rest of the week and the weekend.

Shall we just do the numbers?

Today: 65, 46; mostly cloudy.
Thursday: 73, 51; some fog, sunny.
Friday: 75, 50; some fog, sunny.
Saturday: 72, 46; some fog, sunny.
Sunday: 69; mostly sunny.
