B'zar says farewell, but let's party!

Charleston's hip-hop shop, B'zar, is closing. But they're going out in style with a farewell party this Saturday, February 7, from 6 to 9 p.m. at their store, 541 King St.

Here's a word from owner, Andrea Serrano:
We're going to display all the photoshoots, posters, and flyers from all the parties we've thrown over the years. We're going to strip our male mannequin naked and have everyone sign/graffiti him, kinda like a high-school yearbook. The Space Invaders will be setting up a video installation of all the fashion shows and Kulture Klash videos. We're having DJ James Belk spinning a blend of Mash Up, Hip Hop, and House, and drinks of course. And most importantly our merchandise will be on sale from 50-60% off!

So, don’t miss out on B'zar's farewell! But don’t worry about the owners, they're still rockin' Suite Sole (47.5 Spring St.), and there's talk of them embarking on some new endeavors.
