First ever Wonderfest draws more than 2,000 guests

Update June 9: Christine Osborne, owner of Wonder Works, announced yesterday that Wonderfest, the company’s first ever free summer kickoff festival, drew more than 2,000 guests to the store’s West Ashley location!

The family event was held in the rear parking lot of the store and featured hot summer toys, local musical acts, video games, food, activities, child entrepreneurs and pet adoptions. Wonder Works donated $2,000 from the day’s sales at both store locations to benefit the event’s select charity, Abby’s Friends. The donation benefits the charity’s mission to enhance the quality of life for all Type I Diabetics by encouraging advances in Diabetes Research, Management, and Care.
