Here it is, the weekend round-up. There is an eclectic mix of events happening over the next couple of days, so there is bound to be something that'll spark your interest.

And away we go.

Friday's happenings include a $12 dinner special at Ted's Butcherblock featuring a delicious sounding duck confit. Evening entertainment takes the forms of a RiverDogs game, a Daft Punk tribute concert at the Pour House, and a stand-up comedy performance from Todd Barry.

Saturday is chock full of events happening around the Charleston area. Break out your hula hoop for Hoop Jam under the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge or trade your kayaking gear out on Folly. Cypress Gardens is hosting the family oriented Safari Day where you can catch alligator feedings, go on nature walks, see birds of prey and much more. If you're in the mood to catch a show, head to The Windjammer and check out the Pat McGee band. Miss Todd Barry's stand up on Friday night? You're in luck, his second gig at Theater 99 start at 10 p.m.

Take is nice and easy on Sunday morning, but be sure you're up and at 'em in the afternoon. The first ever India Fest is going down in Marion Square.

Don't forget you can get connected with loads more on our events page.

Enjoy the weekend everyone!
